The inspiration for the name of this mesmerising room comes from the man himself, Sergio Herman. A brand of its own, it gives his touch of timeless class to the largest and most luxurious of all private dining rooms. All items in the room are Sergio’s personal favourites. This is a top chef’s suite, complete with a table for 12 guests next to a Marrone kitchen. In the back of the private dining room, there is an aperitif space with a large vintage Mario Bellini sofa upholstered in Sergio’s favourite green, in front of a massive Inhale Table by Ben Storms. Facing a giant bespoke art piece by Rinus Van de Velde, representing the lush garden environment of Singapore, and above the dining table, giant circular lighting pieces from recycled chocolate molds by Dutch artist Dirk van der Kooij give this room a golden glow!
